What are RV/Camping Location Rights?
If you purchase a listing for RV/Camping Location Rights, you become the Account Holder of Record with the Ticket Office for that RV/Camping Location and you will receive all future invoices and correspondence. What can I buy or sell on the Texas Motor Speedway PSL Marketplace?
You can buy and sell Texas Motor Speedway Preferred Seat Licenses (PSLs) and RV/Camping Location Rights on the Texas Motor Speedway PSL Marketplace. Any sale of tickets (and parking passes, if applicable) that are associated with the PSLs will be agreed-upon between the buyer and seller after an offer is accepted and before the transaction moves forward.
How long does it normally take to complete a transaction?
It normally takes about 2 weeks to complete a transaction. This time may vary depending on various factors, including how quickly we receive payment and how quickly you send the transfer paperwork to the Ticket Office.
Why does each offer expire after 48 hours?
The seller has 48 hours to respond to each offer before it expires. This ensures buyers receive a quick response to their offer. This also helps ensure all listings are active attempts to sell because a listing will be removed if a seller allows multiple offers to expire.
What time zone is used to determine the expiration time for an offer?
Central Time Zone.
What if I want to split up my Texas Motor Speedway PSLs for sale?
If you wish to split up your Texas Motor Speedway PSLs for sale, you should create separate listings and make a note within each listing that the adjacent seats are available in listing #XXXX.
How can I contact a buyer?

What happens if the transfer is not completed?
Our BuyerSecure Guarantee states that once we confirm your transaction will not be completed, we will send you a full refund, including the Marketplace Transaction Fee.

If you would like a seller to split up their listing, please send us an email with your proposed offer amount and the seats you would like to purchase. We will forward the email to the seller on your behalf.
